Scenario: Following a period of sustainable, but slowing growth there was a need to reshape the core business offering to boost productivity in all client facing areas of the business.
Solution: Milestones implemented a brand and product redesign and restructure project to bridge a gap existing between traditional ‘core’ business and its highly successful new division. We also worked with the client to reshape the core offering and carried out a rebranding exercise to better position the new value proposition to fit with the strategy for growth.
Outcome: The immediate impact of the rebrand project resulted in a five per cent increase in turnover, equating to £1.4m.
