ALIGNMENT

  • Milestones operate at ISO9001:2015 standards and have run and managed successful projects supporting clients achieving this standard

  • We are BQF Licenced EFQM Lead Assessors, also having led organisations through the process to regional award-winning results

  • Milestones hold British Psychological Society Level A & B Certificate in Occupational Testing, as well as holding International Coaching Federation certificate in Leadership Coaching

  • We manage projects with structure and adopt Agile project management methods whilst being APM licensed Prince2 practitioners

  • Milestone have Lean Six Sigma green belt certification and hold IoD diploma in company direction status

  • We are Miller Heiman certified professionals in both Account Management and Sales Management

  • Milestones is a TEAM accredited service provider

  • Milestones are a licenced 'GC Partner' and are  'Accredited GCologists
