  • Concept to launch of unique Diversity, Equality & inclusion led  ‘consciously inclusive talent acquisition BPO’ for sport business globally, in Level=

  • Chair and NED of E3Recruitment for 4 years, developing strategy and plan, overseeing six fold increase in profitability and growth of business from 8-26 FTE £4- £12m t/o

  • Successful fund raise of £3.3m (equity, debt & IF) for UK based Intermediary MBO

  • Conceived and fully project managed start-up of Zodeq to trading in <12 months and onto six figure trading profit in year 2

  • High Net Worth funded (c£1m) Buy In and MBO of Oriel (rebranded to Outsauce) invoice finance, bill & pay back off services business in 2012. Led transformation change of organisation as CEO (75 staff), growth of 86.1% of GP and 64% throughput to £121mpa. Split business in 2015 and trade sales of both in 2017 & 2018

  • Fully managed transformation change project of Kinetic plc, overseeing BD strategy & growth resulting in a 520% increase in net profit including start up to £1m+ pa/38% profitability perm division and establishing a technology led MSP/RPO provision
